Live Chat
It is one of the fastest ways to contact support, most Ghanaian players use it. To write in the live chat, you need to do the following:
- Go to the 1win website or 1win mobile app.
- In the bottom right corner, there is a blue square with two clouds on it. Click on it.
- Provide your name and email and describe your problem.
- Agree with the policy of processing personal data and click on the blue button “Start chat”.
- You will be greeted by a chatbot that will give solutions for your issue. If they are not suitable click on “Contact a manager”.
- Wait a couple of minutes for a support agent to join the chat and provide additional details on the problem if needed.

This is a less popular way of communicating with support agents, but in some cases much more effective. The reason is when you are writing a letter to the email, you have the opportunity to describe your issue in detail and attach additional materials that will help you research your problem. Depending on the specifics of your issue, choose one of these addresses:
