Account Registration
To play on the site, users need to register. Here are the main rules that Ghanaian players must follow to create an account:

This presupposes introducing a virus or any other code that is harmful to the security or performance of the site. It also includes trying to obtain unauthorized access to any of the websites’ systems or networks.
Privacy Policy
The company must adhere to certain rules to ensure the player’s data protection. The gambling site uses the information from the user’s activity from the moment they visit the page. The user’s data is subject to processing under the 1win Privacy Policy. The user, providing their data, agrees that the casino can use it as described in this Agreement, or to comply with the applicable legal rules.

Use of Cookies

Deposit Policies
To place a bet on the site, the player must deposit money into their profile. The user confirms and agrees to the following:
- The money deposited into the profile was obtained legally;
- The player will not dispute any completed transactions;
- The user will not deny or cancel any payments made.
The company has the authority to block a player’s account, cancel payments, and withhold winnings if there are suspicions of fraudulent profile replenishment. The company may also notify relevant authorities of any fraudulent payment activities or illegal actions. Additionally, the company has the right to engage collection agencies to recover payments. The gaming site is not liable for any unauthorized use of credit cards, whether or not theft has been reported.
Withdrawal Policies
To process a withdrawal request, the gaming profile must be fully completed. If the requested withdrawal amount exceeds a total of 8,700 GHS in cumulative withdrawals, the casino may require an identification.
The player can request a withdrawal of funds from their profile if:
- All payments credited to the profile have been verified and none have been canceled or terminated;
- Any necessary verification steps have been completed.
In such cases, the user must provide 1win with a copy or digital photograph of their identification document. If the profile was funded via a credit card, pictures of both sides of the card are required. For security, only the first six and last four digits of the card number should be visible, while the CVV2 code can be concealed. 1win has the right to charge a fee to cover expenses for withdrawing funds that were not used for gambling.
Account Termination Policy
The gaming company might delete a profile without informing the user. This may happen if any of the following cases occur:
- The casino ceases to provide the services to all players or a particular group of them;
- If the user who owns a profile with the casino site has a profile that has been disabled previously;
- If the player engages in criminal collusion or attempts to hack the system;
- The user disrupts the operation of the site’s software or attempts to manipulate it;
- The player uses a profile on the site for purposes that are prohibited by law in any jurisdiction, unethical, and contrary to common sense;
- The user posts humiliating or defamatory information on the site.
Changes to Terms
